YOUR JOB

As a Dining Room Manager, you are responsible for ensuring our crew and guests have exceptional experiences at Burgatory. Your duties include:

Ensuring our crew has a clean, safe and positive environment to work in
Inspiring our crew daily to offer our guests genuine heartfelt hospitality
Recruiting, training and supporting our crew members
Continually developing our crew and allowing them to learn new skills to fulfill their potential
Promoting programs that positively impact profitability
Monitoring labor daily to ensure an optimum level of productivity
Supporting our charitable efforts and being a positive representative in our communities
Providing accurate information and communication throughout our organization
